Indian Mutiny, 1857

The 93rd Sutherland Highlanders at Lucknow, November 1857 At the end of 2019 we were looking for a new period to paint and play.  We thought we would play Sharp Practice 2 as we had tried the rules several times in small games, they seemed ok, and had bought the rules and all the stuff to play them.  Sadly, we found that they were not to our liking.  We had become so used to playing Black Powder and Pike&Shot that are fast moving rules sets where you can use large numbers of figures that rules that did not give us that kind of game fell flat for us.  In SP we found there were just too many charts for our liking and at the end of the game we both suffered from "chart fatigue" and left the gaming table with a large headache.   It was a bummer since we had already bought our figures for SP and now that we did not want to play it it sort of lost its luster.  In any event, before we came to our epiphany about Sharp Practice, we bought a bunch of figures...
